What is Poker? A lot of answer may find thru Mr. Google.
This what I have found in wikipedia.
Poker is a family of card game invloving betting and individualistic play wereby the winner is determined by the ranks and combinations of their cards, some of which remain hidden until the end of the game.
I started playing Poker in the middle of 2010.
At first I wonder why I lost.
So I started searching on how to play Poker.
The first site I had played is miniclip.com, where your opponent is the computer itself.
I just spent less time playing in this site not until the well-known online community site,
Facebook, hosting an apps of Zynga Games, Texas Hold Em Poker.
So to my interest on playing it,
I did log in my facebook account and search the apps.
When I found the apps, it require to accept the terms of service of Zynga Games has posted.
I did accept it without hesistance and reading the content of that TOS.
It has amazed me when I see the apps.
Then I started playing Zynga Poker with a starting chips of
$50, 000 Chips. I sit in the 100/200 Blinds in New York Casino.
Blinds is divided into two, the small and the big blind.
Blinds is automatically selected by the system so in the 100/200 blinds,
the small blind $100 and big blind is $200, usually the big blinds is the lowest bet in the table.
Each table has the maximum of 9 players where each player is handed by the dealer with two cards.
The dealer will handed the first three cards in the middle, called the Flop,
player should compared the card in his hand to the card in the handed by the dealer in the middle table (Player's card should be read as five cards with the three in the middle),
then the betting and raising of bets happened. Players can call or check, call if theres somebody raises a bet, check if no one raises and fold if the player dont want to call.
Back to the dealer, the dealer now can drop a fourth card in the table, called the Turn, after the betting happens. Bettings and raising will happen.
Beware of the bluffs, it may happen anytime, its a betting where the player raises an amount of chips knowing she/he hasnt have a best hand. Player who bluffs want to scare opponent to decided a fold.
The fifth card will drop, called the River, this is sometimes the deciding card of the best hands will bring to win the round.
Winner is the player who got the best hand or best card.
